Throughout my career as a global HR leader, I have had the honor of coaching and collaborating closely with C-suite executives. I chose the name 'Jane' for my company in honor of a family member after whom my middle name is based. Jane was a courageous and empowering leader, a trailblazer for her time. It is this spirit of strength and inspiration that I aim to instill in every individual I work with—empowering them to lead with confidence, resilience, and purpose.

Beyond my professional endeavors, my most cherished role is as a mother to my two incredible children. My family and I are proud to call San Francisco home.
